Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: -- Proactively identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including: - Wedding and event venues (Hotels, Resorts & Banquets) to become a preferred decor partner. - Corporate clients for potential event decor needs. - Other relevant businesses (e.g., caterers, photographers) for referral partnerships. -- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships. -- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and identifying new avenues for growth. -- Stay updated on current wedding decor trends, styles, and competitor offerings. Lead Management & Conversion: - Effectively manage and follow up on all incoming leads and inquiries from potential wedding clients. - Conduct consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for wedding decor. - Present the company's decor services, packages, and creative concepts in a compelling manner. - Develop and present customized decor proposals and quotations that align with client needs. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure bookings and achieve sales targets.
